We transformed this backyard by removing the existing deck and outdated fencing, creating a more open and functional outdoor space. The new build features low-maintenance composite decking using Trex Lineage in the rich tones of Jasper and Carmel, delivering both durability and a clean, modern finish. We also installed a brand-new fence to define the space and enhance privacy between neighboring yards. To complete the project we added a custom cocktail rail — perfect for entertaining, relaxing, and taking in the view.
